Every credential here was earned by holding a score above its threshold across multiple audits over at least 90 days, with a data confidence of 70 or better. Click any entry to verify it independently.
No properties are certified yet.
That is deliberate rather than empty. A credential requires sustained performance across multiple audits, so no property can hold one in its first 90 days — including properties that score well immediately. The registry fills as assessed properties accumulate a track record.

TIA Certified Platinum
TIA Score of 93 or above, sustained.
TIA Certified Gold
TIA Score of 90 or above, sustained.
TIA Certified
TIA Score of 80 or above, sustained.
